"Had a great stay as a family of three with a 5 years old. Facilities and staff are great and very child friendly. Buffet dinners and lunches varied - some days were excellent, other not so much. Pools are also lovely. The only true inconvenience was an absolute lack of ventilation on the bathroom/toilet. Would certainly return despite of this."

"This hotel has had a remarkable make over, it’s slick modern and very well run for a new hotel. All the staff are all expertly trained and so friendly, making our stay an absolute pleasure. Simone the Italian girl in the bars / restaurants is an absolute asset to the hotel, and also the Spanish lady mana? ( with the short black & red hair!) was hilarious and so fun to be around, In fact everyone looked like they just loved working there! We will be back! But please sort out the pool music! 80’s music with Christmas songs!? Whams last Christmas & Mariah’s all I want for Christmas?? In march ? On a loop for 8 days!!! Brought the caliber down, we did ask reception to investigate but nothing sadly, and had us reaching for our headphones ( hotel cos music would be more fitting for this hotel’s class & clientele!) "
