"We had a wonderful stay at Sun City Festival for the month of March and Kevin and Melissa were great hosts. The home was beautifully furnished, clean and had great amenities. The kitchen had every appliance one could ever want and was well stocked. Check in and out was easy and Kevin and Melissa were extremely accommodating whenever we had a need or a question. Having the golf cart was a real bonus as it allowed two of us to go our separate ways. Sun City Festival has a lot of terrific activities and we were able to enjoy everything the community has to offer. We would certainly rent this same home if we return. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. "

"This was an amazing space with so much to offer. the house was very comfortable with lots of space. Pool was so beautiful and kitchen had everything that was needed. Owner was amazing and very responsive. I would definitely rent from this owner again. "

"This is a new hotel and the general manager Jerica was very accommodating!!!! Very clean rooms and fitness center pool and jacuzzi.
Breakfast had excellent selection! Stephanie hosted and served the breakfast. Had an amazing attitude and kept everything beautiful. Andre who checked us in was personable, respectful for and friendly and was very helpful, as well Irv at checkout. air conditioning could be more stabilized… It will kick on and then off heating room. I would give this hotel 5*star. Staff snd hotel DO NOT BOOK WITH Hotels.com!!!!! Alex and Eshama bad representatives of hotel.com!!!"

"Very nice house, we had plenty of room for 4 adults. House was very clean. There was great communication with the owner. We really enjoyed the pool as there was record breaking temperatures for Phoenix while we were there. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone."
