Very friendly and helpful staff. Floors a bit musty - We got a room on the 24th floor and asked for a change because it was very musty and a bit suffocating. Without any issue we we got another room on the 18th floor which was better. This may be has to do with airflow and the carpet as when in the lobby area which is open and has tiles there is no musty odour and dampness.

Excellent staff. Super friendly. And everyone recognized us in the hotel, including the fabulous manager. The food was top notch drinks were outstanding. We were there during the four days of Easter celebration. What a unique experience of the culture.

Nice place overall but no desk, and the pool was not well taken care of, and the jacuzzi was cold on purpose according to the Hotel staff. They would not warm the jacuzzi up.

Wonderful property near everything, lovely rooms w balcony and hammock, and close to the bus to David or Panamá. The staff was pleasant and the comp breakfast was a bonus.
