The staff is very nice but unfortunately the next morning I woke up with my body really itchy and saw some redness on my skin, I then went to see a doctor and I was told I had fungus on my body. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there at the hotel again.

Nice place
Was a good location. Close to many convenient places and the bed was comfortable. The place was clean and seemed safe. Negative would have been that some homeless had taken over the pool and it was closed, but there never seemed to be a threat or anything. Overall and for an inexpensive price, we were very pleased with the space, cleanliness and comfort. Also staff and owners or managers were very friendly

It was very strange having a dozen men just wandering around the parking lot smoking at night, but the stay was good and comfortable enough. Two or three EV chargers onsite would have made the stay more convenient.

Feel like a deposed king at the crown hotel
The place is a bit run down, badly in need of a makeover. Our room was not well maintained: the toilet seat was falling off, and the bathroom door would not close. No way this place should have gotten a 7.8 rating on hotels.com.

Room 101 seemed clean but once I brung food that was purchased out to eat for myself an husband began to eat an there was a roach crawling on the night stand an a few more that came from behind the headboard an began crawling the wall I immediately went to the office an told the manager on duty the issue he didn’t deny the issue he simply offered a refund for the night that I as a guest had paid to stay at this location

The room was very clean and front desk was very polite and accomidating. You had everything you need for an affordable price and it being a last minute stay. I am very grateful to the staff and for the room. The only thing i did not like was maybe some of the other people staying could be a bit unsettling? I feel if your in a group, no problem, no fear. But if its you and 1 other person, it might be a bit stressful. When i arrived, i saw only men at the property which is totally fine. What scared me is once some men from different rooms of the top floor looked at me in my car (didn't step out yet) they alerted their roomates to come out and look (I have a chevy 2010 nothing extravagent or too banged up). Weird i thought, but they're upstairs so it was fine. Then i parked, and 2 guys came out to just stand their, stare, and try to watch me unpack. I decided to move somewhere else and found parking right infront of my room. I grabbed my bags very quick to run inside. I was 3 steps maybe from my room entrance, and 1 room over from my next door neighbors, when 4 guys stepped out and stared at me from the end of the hall. Arms crossed, not saying anything just looking up and down. I came to meet my husband so he was there thank God, but definitely not anywhere I'd stay by myself. Maybe they just like to stare but it was very intimidating and uncomfortable on my way to the room. I didnt leave it the rest of the night, but doordash services there so no worries. Overall a 4/5 stay.

The floor in the bathroom in the shower have this beautiful black tile with gold and silver flex. And they had DirecTV no guide but I like that it had all those music channels on there.

Waited over 25 minutes for the night front desk, and no one showed up. Rang bell several times. No one helped at front desk. In addition, I got charged for my room, even though I never checked in. The night staff never helped. No one came to check me in. The wait was ridiculous!!! Left. Got tired of waiting.

A diamond in the rough.
The check-in was great. The owner was courteous and gracious. He gave us a room close to the office, which we appreciate. The room was in decent condition. It was clean and worked for us for one night. We felt very safe at the hotel and in the area. If I were a single female, that would make me feel very comfortable. The bed has seen better days. One side of the bed was OK. The other side of the bed was lumpy and had sagging spots. My husband woke up with a sore back. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. We were sad to hear that the homeless population made them shut down their pool, and their complementary breakfast. The homeless population was coming in for a free breakfast, and then going in the pool to take a bath. And the police could do nothing about it. Very sad. The hotel had no other option other than shut it down. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
