Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it.
There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all.
The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them.
The property is doing construction on several parts and we were never informed before booking it.
There is a lot of improvement to be done overall!
