This property was very clean and had friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. It was walking distance from restaurants and shops. Only negative, the heat in the hallway so hot it made our room hot. We slept with an open window each night.

Good stay
I loved the terrace outside! The room was big enough for two. It was easy to get the bus terminal. Next door, there was a nice restaurant also. The water pressure in bathroom was very low and the heating system was extremely noisy. + Basic breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is not right in the middle of town but also not an overly long walk - plus it was quiet and on a lovely piece of property. The room was nothing fancy but clean and quite large. Bed was fine. The young man at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

End of world stay!
Helpful staff but no water pressure at all in 2 rooms. Restaurant limited go elsewhere. Hallways dark to conserve energy. Good views and near to the bus station but not too close to town without steep hill and rugid roads.

The hotel was very nice. There was a patio and a large green space. The continental breakfast was good and started early enough, so one could eat before any tours. There was a restaurant on site and it was a short walk to main street, restaurants and supermarket. Very good stay.

The hotel was very welcoming. We chose the location because it was close to the bus station. It is a bit of a walk to the main street action.

Good value and helpful staff.
Very helpful staff. Clean room with view across green lawn and a peek at the lake. Restaurant tables needed a good clean. Preferably before setting for the next guests. Excellent value at $86 Canadian.

Basic, but convenient location and very clean
Convenient location to explore the glaciers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic room, maybe a little outdated, but very clean. Overall, I do recommend.

One morning there was no staff available at the breakfast area. The receptionist came to fill the bufet table for us, but obviously she couldn't handle alone. I offered my help, and eventually I stayed alone to finish serving the breakfast to polish group that I didnt know at all. Otherwise hotel was good, bit of walk from the center.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the town centre, a short walk up the hill. The rooms would need some updating but the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet is vary basic and could benefit from some yogurts, fresh fruits (not only apples). The lounge/restaurant offered a great view of the lake and its a great place to enjoy a drink in the evening and admire the scenery. What stood out was the staff, even though they were not fluent in English they were extremely helpful and pleasant. A good basic hotel for the location.

The hotel is beautiful. The team helps with every question and request. Very nice. A 15-minute walk to the center. The hotel has two floors without an elevator. The team offers to raise the equipment. All in all, very nice.

not worth the money, look for something cheaper.
value for money in el Calafate is generally not good. They know tourists come no matter what as their attraction, the glaciars is so great that the accommodation doesn't matter. At this hotel, the rooms are outdated. I further found a heating facility in my bathroom that I couldn't change as the knob was missing and the button for the toilet flushing was also not there. Told the front desk staff, he made me leave the key. When I returned in the evening, nothing was repaired. Also, I was on a tour to Torres del Paine and knew, I would returning late. So I asked the front desk staff if the kitchen was really closing at 11pm or if they then could still prepare something simple (thinking sandwich). She said yes. When I returned that day at 11.10pm, the same woman was sitting there and told me that the kitchen was closed since 11pm! So much for guest service... And then the Wi-Fi: It was hardly working, very bad connection. The front desk lady said this was everywhere in el Calafate. Well, a friend of mine stayed in a hostel and here Wi-Fi worked just fine...

Good hotel
Good hotel in terms of value for money, location, very helpful staff. The only downside is a VERY poor breakfast. Out of the 8 hotels we stayed in during our trip this was the most basic, poor selection, no warm options, one day they even run out of toast bread, didn't "refill" often enough so when big groups came down, we had to wait and then be quick :-)

Bel accueil et bel aménagement du hall et de la salle à manger. Certains équipements auraient besoin d’être rafraîchis (mobilier de la salle à manger, rideaux). Un coffre-fort serait utile. Petit déjeuner plus que moyen (ex. le café)

全体的にきれいでおしゃれな感じでした。特に庭が美しく、時間があればウッドデッキでのんびりすごしたいと思いました。 部屋も広く清潔で使いやすかったです。 洗濯機が壊れていたらしくランドリーが利用できなかったのは残念でしたが、街中のクリーニング店を教えてもらい、むしろ安上がりになりました。 冷蔵庫はなく、部屋に持ち込める飲み物は1Fのバーなど、ホテル内で販売されているもののみということでした。

Vista bonita. Cama desconfortável e café sofrível
Pontos positivos - O ponto alto do hotel é a vista para o lago, bem bonita. -Fica relativamente perto do centro. -Chuveiro bom - Quarto amplo. Negativos: -Cama velha, pequena e mole. -Barulho excessivo vindo do corredor. Todos os quartos ficam num mesmo corredor de madeira então quando os hóspedes passam com malas de rodinhas ou falando alto se escuta tudo. Acordei alguma vezes no meio da noite com hóspedes barulhentos, creio que um carpete no piso de madeira ajudaria na acústica. -O café da manha para brasileiros é um choque pois não tem frutas, só laranja. Há só itens de padaria bem medianos, considere tomar fora. Entendo que é um lugar que não tem acesso à muitas opçoes de comida mas é bem ruim. Considerando que a hospedagem da regiao é bem cara, como passei apenas um dia considerei ok, mas não ficaria muitos dias.
