El Atareen Holidays from £809

We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

A truly five-star hotel that deserves even more than five stars. The rooms were spotless, the reception was exceptional, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was alright, food was ok definitely not 5 stars not very many options and everything tasted awful. Rooms were clean, property was clean, beach was kind of clean (lots of seaweed). No activities at all nothing to do except eat and go to the beach, very boring
