I had an amazing time at The Haven, whete I spent three nights. The rooms are very well decorated, well designed, and comfortable. I had the Comfort Suite, which was unbelievable with its huge bathroom, kitchenette, and huge outdoor patio. The hotel was very valm, a very good place to recover after a long day at work, or to enjoy a little vacation. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which is only open to guests. Food was always fresh and delicious, both rice dishes and ghanaian dishes. Staff is well trained, smiley, efficient and give yiu the space you need. Special mention to the owner/director, very present and extremely nice and accommodating. Note you can call in advance to get a car to pick you at the airport for a fee. Altogether an amazing boutique hotel, probably the best in Kumasi, at a reasonable price. I will be back. Gérard.

My colleagues and I had a very pleasant stay. We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were available when needed at all times and were all very helpful. Their airport shuttle was waiting for us on arrival and dropped us back in good time. We will stay again.

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The owner/manager is a horrible/rude person. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming ..."
