A few highlight: - I loved the old façade with the modern interior. - Amazing staff who were extremely helpful with our inquiries. - Even Gave us an unexpected glass of champagne. - I forgot my bottle opener and i was expecting a service fee from the bar but NO charge and gave us two wine glasses - speaking of the bar, fast service, decent prices and good inhouse dj playing music but not too loud so you can still have a conversation I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona but i want to come in the summer months to enjoy the rooftop bar and pool! I will also consider this chain on my future Caribbean visits.

Staff was very extremely helpful and warm. Location made it easy to walk or take public transportation.

No sound proof between other rooms. We could hear other person’s snoring every night. Staff is friendly but never help or sevice to carry things. Overall, the fercility is small and a bit far away from the main area in Barcelona. I would not go back to this hotel. I dont believe this hotel is four star, I think this hotel is only three star.

An unfortunate experience.

We told them that the room was to hot and they told us that the whole hotel was on the same system of cooling. After a uncomfortable night with little sleep I called Hotels.com and the helped my cancel the second night and helped me to book another hotel. Based on my experience I would not stay a The Casanova again.

For energy saving and environmental improvement, the hotel's air conditioning system is general, so the whole building is heated or cooled at the same time, depending on the outside temperature.
