"Had a fabulous time, room was nice and clean. I was a little bummed out, We did not have beach view. They called it mountain view instead . It was more of refineries and little boats out there. But wasn't to bad. Pool were beautiful and clean. Loved all the activities available. I really didnt need to call the host for anything. Although when we had the power outage the hotel proved us with glow sticks that worked out fine until power came back. Everyone here were very pleasant.I would definitely come back..."

"Right from the start, communication with Julie was super easy and quick.When we arrived (which was 5am our home time), we got a little mixed up (100% our fault and nothing to do with our host or rental), Jen who was looking out for us in Hawaii was on top of everything. She solved MY mix up immediately (thank you Jen ).The rental was absolutely beautiful. The beds were SO COMFY (and I'm picky). The entire unit was tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The air conditioning was a major plus for our senior travelling companions. We truly hated to leave.Ko'Olina is far enough away, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. From start to finish, this rental is a 5 Star choice!!! Will 100% rent again!!Thank you Julie and Jen for ALL of your hospitality.Cheers from Canada!! "

"Beautiful Grounds, but Marred by Timeshare Tactics and Poor Food The Atmosphere & Grounds I’ll start with the positives: the grounds are immaculate and the rooms are well-appointed. The staff is clearly well-trained in managing large crowds, and for those seeking a high-energy vacation club environment, this may be a dream. The Service Experience However, my experience was deeply disappointing. We booked this stay to break up a long journey from Thailand and New Zealand and to mark our 40th wedding anniversary. After a grueling red-eye flight, we were looking for the resort experience one expects at this price point. Instead, we felt "trapped" in a perpetual sales pitch. When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant. We turned to the pool grill, where I ordered a BBQ sandwich that arrived dry and burnt. Regrettably, I ate it anyway—an error that cost me the next two days of my trip due to illness. Final Verdict While the property is physically beautiful, the "hotel food" warnings I received were an understatement, and the aggressive sales culture ruined it."
