No customer service, No effort made.
Service was not good. All our requests were turned down. Asked for a late check out were told absolutely no way as the hotel was full. No true. We had to spend the whole day in the waiting/food area and were denied a quiet area to work in order to take and make calls when there was a room available. The number of people entering the hotel did not warrant it being full. We were given a room with 2 single beds when we were clearly a couple. The amount of black mold in the bathroom was unacceptable. Overall a very disappointing experience.

It was right between the two locations I was visiting, the price was acceptable, and public transport to Eindhoven Central reasonably quick.

Small traditional hotel to the South of the city. 20mins walk to centre. Friendly staff, largish room with all facilities you might expect..even a landline telephone!

The hotel was on a nice quiet street opposite a bus stop which made it very convenient to go places, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and even booked a taxi for me, only downside was the lighting in the room was pretty dim but i dont know if the bulb was almost going or not.

Property needs upgrade. Bedroom furniture tired and worn. Shower cubicle needs replaced. Not many towels and no tea or coffee facilities in room. Unusual, even for a budget hotel.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was small with a few shelves for clothes but no cupboards. The reading light by the bed didn't work and there were only 2 charging points by the TV & none near the beds. The bathroom was quite tiny too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful though. There was a mini market a few doors away, a pizza place & a Chinese restaurant too.

All staff was very helpful from the reception to the room service. Only one issue is the elevator when it was not working 2 days in a row, but rather than that, my stay was very nice.

Absolutely amazing stay!! It was 33° outside and air conditioning worked wonders, kept the room cool, perfect for a good nights sleep! Tamara at the front desk was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to do in the area 😊

the Smell in the rooms wasn’t nice. Some of the lights didn’t work, the lights that did were very dim, so very gloomy. Kettle didn’t work, etc.

Hotel is in a quieter area of Eindhoven about 20 minute walk to the centre, I would definitely book something closer to the centre for a bit more. There is a supermarket next door which is reasonably price. Condition of the room was okay however decor and facilities does need updating. Staff were excellent when requesting anything from them, very helpful and spoke English also. Requested an extra bed for our friend who joined us.

This hotel needs major renovations and upgrades!
This hotel needs modernization! This hotel must get renovated and updated to the current year 2019. The chairs and thread bare carpet look like they are from the 1980's. The air conditioning was inadequate we stayed here for 5 nights for the Graspop festival and the weather was hot 30-34 degrees celsius...the a/c could not keep the room cool enough at those temperatures. The bed was comfortable and we loved having english channels. I recommend not staying by the elevator or stairs as it noisy. The hotel staff tried making us stay by the elevator/stairs and I said I would not stay there as way too noisy. Try to get a room at the far end of the hotel facing the parking lot if you want peace and quiet.

Amazing location and good quality for the price. The rooms were very small though, the bathrooms were odd to say the least. As someone there to experience the nightlife, I have to say housekeeping tend to come very early in the morning, one problem that I had was that they never seemed to change the sheets on the bed, not a massive issue but it bothered me. Overall great for the price.

Stayed here for the football watching Spurs away at PSV. Good hotel as you'd expect for a reputable brand - very clean, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. A couple of things though... I went to pay for my reservation when checking in and the member of staff told me breakfast was included in my booking and asked if I would like it. I said "yes if its included". 18 euros was then added to my bill so I asked if breakfast could be "unincluded". Also the location of this hotel is poor. It is located in a residential area about 20-25 minutes walk away from the centre of Eindhoven (although local buses and taxis are available). If you're looking for somewhere close to the city centre then this isn't the place to stay. For a hotel that is so far out from anywhere, I thought 85 euros a night price-wise is a little too steep.
