"We were welcomed warmly by the hosts. They showed us through the unit, explained how everything worked and made sure we were settled. The unit was very well presented, very clean and offered many comforts from the warm gas heater to the electric blankets on the beds. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a very comfortable stay. If and when we return to Tassie and need accommodation near Mountain River we would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"A charming property sitting by waterfronts with magical views from dawn to dusk. Facing the beach and rowing on the machine felt like rowing to the sea. Lots of widlife to watch. A great reception of WIFI with 5G was definitely a bonus! We enjoyed our stay in this cottage very much. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Dog friendly, and great location. However you may need to be aware that the access to main living space is up 14 wooden stairs. We had to teach our to go up and down, slowly. I would imagine some older people having difficulty with this too."

"Easy access and lovely location with wallabies visiting morning and evening. Well equipped kitchen and pantry was an absolute bonus. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one also included bunks so great for larger families. Great hot shower and reverse cycle heater and wood heater with plenty of cut wood available. 10 / 10 - thank you for making this place available. Loved staying here."
