"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles.
Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next.
Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff).
Room had balcony and view to rear.
Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food.
Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
"All in all it was okay. We didn’t miss anything, only the receptionist was somewhat chilled and the waiters in the restaurant were plainly rude. Maybe they all had a bad day, who knows. "
"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"This place was extraordinary. It’s an historic property right on the lake. The woman that checked us in was so kind. She even escorted us to our room. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony with incredible views. The onsite restaurant was amazing. The staff took such great care of us. The food was amazing. Can’t wait to return!"
