The room amenities were fine but the bed and pillows were rock hard. The pillows were literally flat. I stayed several nights and left with a backache and neck pain. The wall decor was all beat up and chipped. It definitely needs a facelift inside the rooms. It was very clean outside and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and the menu was good. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again except for maybe one night.
I liked the convenient it was safe and when our family ordered food from one of the restaurants the staff assured us that the restaurant was very good and she did not lie the food was excellent very hot when it was delivered nice hotel for someone visiting family for a few days

It’s an older facility. Even their ‘updated’ rooms are older. But, it’s clean, safe, staff is awesome, bar and restaurant are nice, outdoor sitting area is awesome. I’ve stayed twice. Will stay there again.
We had a show in one of the banquet rooms for two days and our staff also stay there. I am usually underwhelmed by hotel catering but the Brickhouse restaurant which catered it was fantastic all our customers loved the food. The facilities were clean and perfect for what we were doing. heather our server for both days was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere in the country she took care of not only us but our customers. overall the really nice trip unique knocked it out of the park

We stayed just one night for our granddaughters VBall game. The hotel was within one mile of the University. We loved the Brick House Bar and Restaurant The food was really good. Service was great.
The room was clean , but I think they may need to invest in some mattresses.
I thought the place was very clean and the staff that I met was very nice.
I did not like that there was no fan in the bathroom. When bathrooms have fans it is a lot nicer to be able to dry off after a shower. Since the fan will take in the steam.
Visiting daughter for Family Weekend. Room was simple and all we needed. Nice restaurant and out door patio area. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and visiting.
I loved the pool! I love the restaurant and the drinks! But we needed regular face towels in the room and not those mid size towels

The staff was so friendly. I'm disable and they had us on the 2nd floor at first and they cleaned a ground floor room for me. The lobby and restaurant was clean and beautiful. The only thing that I had a problem with is the bed is too hard. But overall I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The rooms were nice, pretty clean and comfortable. I told them 4 people and they gave us 3 towels. And the coffee maker was very stained. Which was okay because they had coffee in the dining room. The landscape outside was very welcoming.

We asked for a ground level room about to months in advance and when we checked in we were told all they had was upstairs I can not do stairs I have a bad knee the guy was taking no for in answer we all most left and we got a lower level room it did not have a phone in the room so when we we’re running out of towels we had to go to the front desk very late at night to get things the outlets did not work all except for one or to when my son checked out the morning we left there were about to or three people in the office totally ignoring me I waited for about 10 minutes and then I went to ask someone for help about checking out she was not trained on the desk so then I had to wait another 15 minutes and then I asked for a receipt I booked through Expedia and I was told that they could not give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia so I did not get one you are better off staying somewhere else unique suites NEAVER AGAIN!

We expedited the cleaning for this ground floor room for you when you arrived a day earlier then your reservation date, so you were able to get the room location you requested. I apologize there was not a phone available in your room. We have started the process of upgrading the phone systems and due to supplier issues we have not been able to get phones back into all the rooms yet, I apologize for any inconveniences this caused. Additionally, we have addressed the staff about your wait when checking out. I have emailed a receipt for your stay for the first night booked through us to your email address on file, unfortunately we are incapable of providing receipts for bookings made through third parties such as Expedia, as we do not have access to the rate you negotiated through them.
