The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again." The hotel is well located, making it easy to access the main attractions and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection of dishes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room.
