This spacious 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. \- 1 bedroom ( queen bed ) on main floor including a full bathroom \- 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor King bed with ensuite 2x Queen beds \- Bonus Room \- Attached double garage \- Double car driveway \- Central Air conditioning \* Landscaping not completed at this time as this is a new build \* This is a fully detached home with a double attached garage. You will have access to the entire main floor & 2nd floor. Basement remains unfinished and not accessible to guests at this time. Landscaping is still in progress due to this being a new build. Will update the listing as exterior items get completed. All check-in details & smart lock door code will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival. \--------------------------- It is the responsibility of the guest to read all information posted within this listing. It is a new build, well kept and clean.The garage fit one vehicle and isn’t large enough for two. We did desire to have access to extra bath towels.
