Not very happy with this hotel. Hotel was listed as breakfast available, however they have changed things and there is no breakfast at all. The paint is bubbled on the walls, electrical sockets missing covers and black soot around edges, locking mechanism to balcony door extremely loose….and the list goes on. There certainly needs to be some renovations done.

When I checked out they could not provide me with a copy of the bill for two nights for two rooms. I found out later I was charged for two movies despite not watching any while I was there. I tried 3 different times to have the charges reversed but each time was told that the person who can authorize this was not working. I would not stay here again.

As a person with a disability motion audibly wheelchair and then the door jams in the hotel are 22 inches wide the average door jam is 36 inches wide I had to stand up fold my wheelchair and pull it in and out I went out nine times do the math that’s 18 times and I’m disabled so it was really inconvenient good food clean hotelHowever if you’re in a wheelchair this is not a Lutel that you want to stay at

Property needs renos badly, falsy advertised the pool online, limited staff, hotel extremely dirty with garbage lying around for hours and carpets really dirty turning up. Pretty sure there was mold in my shower. Tv controller broken as well as microwave. Had ordered a single queen, got a double queen in a pet and smoking room. Woke up from a man talking beside the room. Not returning.

for the price you get what you pay for. Our hotel was broken when we first checked in, thankfully maintenance fixed it and showed up quite quickly. We did spill a water bottle on the bed which soaked it through the duvet, sheet, and mattress and when we called down for another duvet and sheets we were told that they have no extra so we had to sleep on a soaked bed. Think it's a little weird that they don't have a single extra duvet or sheets. Won't stay here again.

I stayed for a night with family. Check-in was breeze. The property look dated and while room was clean, only one lamp was working out of 4. Bed were comfortable. Nothing much to mention about washroom. It didn’t have any switch to turn on and off exhaust. The toiletries are basic enough to meet your shower needs. There are ample parking space and it also has a restaurant on premise. Checkout experience was awesome. Overall it was a comfortable stay with family. If property condition was good I would have given better rating.
