HOT TUB RULES: \-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night \-the hot tub temperature must be set between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 104°F) to maintain an optimal level. \-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay \-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water. \- Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax. \-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less \-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub \-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area \-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam. \-no food or other drink permitted in the tub \-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub \-cover is to be placed back on after each use \*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500 We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect.
