Know that this is in walking distance of 137 Ave, where major stores ( such as Home depot, Many car dealerships, Electronics Stores, furniture stores etc) and Sports facilities (Victoria soccer club and Henry Singer Park ) are located. The Home is 15 minutes away to West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 40 Mins to Edmonton Int’l Airport (YEG). The house is safe and compliant with city of Edmonton fire and safety codes with home occupancy permit, Working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; A working fire extinguisher; a first aid kit and Accessible and functional fire exits.
