Staff nice but no hot tub and no breakfast and not even a breakfast offer. They even promote Cora inside the rooms! Tv so tiny with limited channels and is stretched so it is hard to see guide properly and sports properly and normal Slept ok but you can hear guests very easy all around

Smaller hotel, so the front desk staff got to know me and they were very helpful and accommodating when I had to extend my stay 3 more nights, because a family member didn't get out of the hospital when anticipated. Then when my family member was discharged suddenly, and I went to check out mid aftertoon, they didn't charge me for that night's booking. I thought that was very kind of them.My room was clean and neat with a nice view, and their rates were reasonable.

This property is always a go to for us when we are going to events downtown. Property is in a great location, rooms are clean and spacious and on site parking is a responsible price. Entry doors are secured at night to prevent unwanted street traffic coming in. I would say the only downside is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms so if you are planning on packing drinks or snacks bring a cooler.

The fact that at check in they couldnt accept my debt card for incidentals.i spent an hour trying to comvince the staff who insisted on a company policy demands a credit card not debt card not cash.

I cant really think of anything that i really liked except the staff. They were great. The room is pretty dated and needs some work in the bathroom. There appears to be water damage to the wall/shower area. There was also a funky smell coming from.the drain. The area around the property is not the cleanest and there were several struggling street people nearby and in the streets leading to restaurants and Rogers Place.....which is only about a 12 min walk

The room I stayed in had double beds instead of the advertised Queen beds. The door didnt close all the way, the vents didnt work so it was very warm in the room, and the screen on the window was broken. Ended up leaving after the first night as I couldn't sleep in that room another night.
