What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: \- The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night. \-Our home has a separate basement suite with a longer term tenant. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and the tenant is very quiet and respectful. \*Please note we are making some small updates to the furniture and decor so it may look slightly different from the pictures\* Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with modern appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay. The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance with a long term tenant. Other things to note Please note additional guests fees apply after 4 guests. We are here to host you as a local in our homes, communities and provide you a great experience and stay in our city! However homes do not always have the same amenities as hotels. (note - thermostat is locked because there is a permanent tenant downstairs - this wasn't a problem. My senior-aged dad found it mildly chilly in the evening, but there is a gas fireplace on 2nd floor which was wonderful and solved any problem. Also - multiple blankets and throws provided, so heat was never an issue). One parking spot on driveway and there is indeed ample parking on the street (as noted in the listing). Parking was never difficult to find. Overall an awesome stay, will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. ##### Deborah I. This place is perfect. Exceptionally clean, not a speck of dirt. Super comfortable. Beds and furniture is great. Easy checkin/out. Thoughtfully appointed. And did I say clean? Super convenient to grocery, gas, restaurants. Safe quiet neighborhood to go jogging. Pro tip, there’s another car in the driveway that belongs to a different tenant in the basement, but except for the car being there, we never knew anyone was there. Property was comfortable for a family of 5\. Well decorated inside and property manager was super responsive and attentive. Some Small cleaning details that needed attention. Dryer needed manual turn off which forced us to be home to manage start and finish. Back and front yard needed lots of Attention and weeding. Back deck furniture in not good shape. Flooring on main floor coming apart in some spots. Overall Good stay, not big issues. Just attention to detail and some updating and maintenance of a few things.
