Old dated hotel, tiny king room...not even a mini fridge. Extra costs to park on-site. Electrical outlet behind the bed didnt even have a plastic cover on it. Very unsafe. Wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed on the 15th floor my only dislike was how paper thin doors and walls seemed was loud all night other than that good hotel that is close to Roger’s if you are going to a hockey game

Upscale property. There was an awful noise every time someone in the room above us flushed their toilet. There seemed to be no insulation to cancel noise from the hallways and the rooms near us. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful.

This place is a very good location downtown, not far from Rogers and restaurant and view a good, for beautiful dinner there’s fine dining on top level. Parking is good. Food in lounge could be better. Recommend staying here.

Charged 50$ for a guaranteed early check in,set time for 11 arrive to the hotel, rooms not ready , and weren’t placed in our room till after 12 , was told they would remove the $50 fee, they did not. Floor we were on had dogs barking constantly . Even though they have a policy for not Leaving their pets alone . Called to complain . After an hour investigation it was dealt with . We requested to move rooms or floors as there had been other dogs barking and setting each other off and was denied “ it won’t be a further problem” had to call back again after several hours of barking and then be moved rooms at 10pm which also took an additional hour to figure out . Not worth for what you pay to stay here . Stayed at better for less

Really nice hotel, staff and rooms. Only issue was the room was very hot when the sun was up and I couldn’t get it to cool down as well as my tub plug was broken. Otherwise good experience

To sum it up, Mediocre. The front desk staff were pleasant, lobby was nice which is pretty much the only reason the hotel got any stars at all. We tried to make a reservation at Bellamy’s lounge for dinner and was told that it’s reserved for guests staying on the 19th floor and higher (which we were not informed of at check in) then she had advised in a snippy tone that maybe next time I should book on the 19th or up. As if I had much choice what floor I was on? The breakfast at the cafe was $20/person and would have just been a free continental at the Ramada as it was just a standard breakfast buffet with a server who was more concerned with whatever was on her phone than actually tending to paying guests. As for the room, it disgustingly warm despite turning down the heat as much as possible. The hotel was probably very nice and top of the line in 1999, with minimal upgrades since then. Luckily we got a deal through Expedia, however I would not recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay for more than a few days nor would I recommend paying full price for their rooms

We had a room on the 18th floor with a fantastic view, which was definitely the highlight of this hotel. The hotel itself is old and dated. I’m sure it was a very nice place at one time but it feels tired and needs a refresh. Also our room was extremely hot - like uncomfortably hot - and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The view was stunning, but the bed and pillows are not comfortable. No problem on checking in and out, staffs are very helpful. Rated 3 on cleanliness because specifically on the room we got, it felt like it hasn’t been used or maybe cleaned for a long time because of dusts on the furniture. Only stayed 1 night, it’s good to stay in if your just in and out of the city

This is a nice medium range hotel. We stayed four nights and were very happy with the location. It was an easy walk to the ice district. We stayed on the concierge floor which offered continental breakfast in the morning and snacks beer/wine in the evenings. The room was pretty standard but comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was with a couple inconsiderate guests slamming doors and talking in the hallways at all hours. What really made our visit was the friendliness and smiles from every staff member we encountered. They went above and beyond to be gracious and friendly. We felt safe and welcomed and 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel is so run down. The bedding was terrible, pillows uncomfortable. We were put in a room right next to the elevator, and there was noise and fights until 5am. Had to call security who removed the guests. It’s a shady crowd kind of hotel unfortunately.

It’s a very very pretty hotel, fast elevators, great staff. My only dislikes were the wifi did not work the entire time and it really isn’t close to much in town.
