Sliding glass doors open to the welcoming living area, which offers comfortable furnishings and a TV. Find everything you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite provides direct access to the full bathroom, and a charming spiral staircase leads to a lofted bonus area for extra sleeping space. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center, for an additional fee. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not operational. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Pest control was a problem from the start and I was told maintenance would stopping by. Maintenance never came. I purchased our own pest control and we did not use the kitchen. The television HDMI was unavailable as well. I addressed this issue with Vascasa after troubleshooting for a while. I was told they would stop by and take a look. No one came. Television was not available during our stay. The air was working well, but the upstairs was stuffy. They had a fan plugged in. It did not work. I tried moving it to a different outlet, still it did not work. Pretty frustrated with this stay especially since you must walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to this location. ##### Melinda S.
