Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The furniture was so worn out and dirty. Bathroom vanity was rotten around the bottom and the ceiling has been spray painted to try and cover brown patches where it has leaked, the LVP is coming up off the floor and neither sliding door locks would work, a stick in the runner is the lock. The complex is in need of paint and general repairs. The kitchen counter and faucet has been updated and microwave. The dishwasher is so loud that you can't talk above the racket it makes. I was very disappointed in the condo. If it was updated and taken care of it would have been a good place to stay.It also smelled like cigarettes when we opened the door. ##### Cathy A.
