The ground level patio is a great place to chill and grill, and features plenty of covered parking for the boat. Tasteful decorations extend throughout and will have you enjoying your time indoors just as much as the outdoors. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the dining/living area where you will share laughter about your day at the beach while the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. Internet access and cable television will keep your group entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your fun in the sun. Of course, you visit Edisto to hang out on the beach. From house to shore is only a short 5-minute walk. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time. Things to Know No Smoking No Pets Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The deer and raccoons were something to see!! Some of my family members thought that the mattresses were hard but personally I slept wonderfully on the firm mattress!! The layout makes the house seem much larger than the square footage would suggest and everything flows together nicely. The decor is very tasteful and adds to the beach vibe. Sitting in the rockers on the front porch with the ocean breeze and tree canopy can’t be beat. The beach itself is an easy walk from the house and was very quiet in late September. The house was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. The kitchen was very well stocked although you might want to bring things like plastic wrap, foil or ziplocks if you think you might need them. After 33 years of annual gatherings with five ladies (all now in their 70’s) we all agreed this was the best house we have stayed in. ##### Irginia R.
