The house was comfortable and as described in description. Plenty of glasses and dishes but additional cooking utensils would be helpful such as knives (other than steak knives), stirring spoons for cooking, newer spatulas etc. From staying at Edisto for many years, was familiar with the location of the house but if a family has kids that want to play outside, just be aware that it’s a high traffic volume area and many people do not obey the stop signs or speed limit in that area. ##### Robyne S. Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone, plenty of cabinet space, close to everything.Cons: No icemaker with only two trays to use, microwave is above the washer and dryer and not on the counter, the house is clean but fine details like sand in the trashcans, this is a corner lot so you do have some traffic noise but not terrible, some furniture and appliances are dated, the yard and lot needs lots of work.Overall, its a beach house that met our needs and we would consider staying there again. ##### Brian H.
