My friend and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was amazing! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in “new town “ Edinburgh. We walked everywhere. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment that we stayed in at the Rutland was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It is centrally located with easy access to the center of Edinburgh. If driving in the city, the Rutland provided a voucher for discounted parking in a nearby lot. Staff was very helpful. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Close to the Edinburgh castle, and transportation to airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor, a wee annoying but not a problem for us.

Excellent stay in the heart of Edinburgh
We really loved our stay at The Rutland. We had a 2 bed-room apartment in the basement with kitchen facilities. The place was very spacious & clean. As the location is excellent, with many places to eat around it, we didn’t use the cooking facilities at all. The staff were also extremely helpful with our luggage - there are no lifts in the apartment so we had to lug everything down a flight of stairs but we had help from the staff who were all very strong ladies. I would definitely choose to stay here again next visit. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing, being just off Princes Street.

It was abed for the night and nothing wonderful - in fact should've saved my £200 and booked a travel lodge or similar - booked specifically because it had a restaurant only to find they wouldn't take walk ins off the street, then told to go back by hotel (it's more a pub adjacent to hotel) they would serve us as residents of the hotel - nope even although half the tables were empty without reservations on them - yeah the town was busy hence booking a hotel with supposed own restaurant, even being told in confirmation email to book a table in advance would be required would have been sufficient, not impressed and spoiled what should have been a great night in Edinburgh ended up wasting what little time we had looking for somewhere to eat - save your money go somewhere else who may appreciate your £216 for room only - and actually have the facilities available that are advertised

Stayed in the two bedroom luxury spartment for 2 nights during out first trip to Edinburgh. It was amazing! Decorated beautifully, incredibly spacious and extremely clean. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property. We had an apt below that was spacious, spotless, had amazing decor and an outdoor garden! So much attention to detail. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. The front desk staff are also excellent and very customer service oriented.
