Known for its cultural landmarks, lush green spaces, and lively streets, this locale is a treasure trove of discovery. The nearby McDonald Road tram Station, just a 9-minute walk away, offers easy access for those eager to explore further. The Space: Welcome to our apartment! This is a bright and comfortable home that starts with a large living room. You can relax on the big sofa or the leather armchair while watching the 55-inch flat-screen TV. There is a fireplace to keep the room warm and a large dining table where everyone can sit together for meals. ★The Kitchen and Outdoor Space The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and tools you need to cook your own meals at home. It also has its own door that leads straight out to a private patio. There is a BBQ area outside, so you can cook and eat in the fresh air. ★The Bedrooms There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has a very large XL King bed, and the second bedroom has a standard double bed. We use high-quality sheets and pillows in both rooms to make sure you get a good night's sleep. ★The Bathrooms The main bathroom is modern and clean. It includes fresh towels, free soap and shampoo, and mirrors that light up and stay clear even when it's steamy. You can even connect your phone to the bathroom speakers via Bluetooth to play music. The first bedroom also has its own private bathroom attached to it, which has heated floors to keep your feet warm. ★Professional Cleaning We make sure a professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before you arrive so that everything is spotless for your stay ★Perfect for Every Guest Whether you are visiting as a family, a group of friends, or a couple, this apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. It is also an excellent choice for working professionals who need a quiet, well-connected place to stay with easy access to the city centre. ★What’s Nearby The apartment is in a fantastic location on the edge of the city centre. Most famous sights and local favorites are just a short walk away. ★Food and Drink Foodstory Cafe (4-minute walk): A popular community cafe just 0.2 miles away, known for great coffee and healthy brunch. Polentoni (5-minute walk): A much-loved Italian bakery and cafe about 0.3 miles away on Easter Road. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Absolutely spotlessly clean. There is also a lovely patio out back, which was a pleasant surprise. The house is close to transport, including the tram, which makes the location a perfect jumping-off point for exploring this beautiful city. The tram from the airport stops right at the end of the street, a two-block walk away from the apartment - how convenient is that?. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. ##### M F.
