We stay here every time we have an early flight. It has good food and bar, and public areas are well maintained. Staff are great. The rooms, however, are hit or miss. Some are refreshed and some are really showing age. We just stayed in a two single bed room. Clean, great beds, but the chair looked like it had been attacked by 20 cats. Good signage in the bathroom for safety and it had a bathmat. TV appeared not to work, but we did not call about it. The secret is to press the number 1. Tell everyone so its not a secret. I do wish they had some of the local beers.

I’m a 76 year old senior and accidentally put in the wrong month of our trip. March instead of August. I discovered it the following morning but when I discovered it I was told I couldn’t change the reservation nor cancel it. Holiday Inn immediately charged my credit card the full amount. That is quite a scam for a senior citizen. I used Expedia to save money but guess what. They did not even protect their customer, one who booked over $4000 in flights and hotel rooms. Won’t ever use Holiday inn, Expedia or their affiliates again. Never

The hotel was very clean and the majority of staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Unfortunately one member of staff was too busy looking at herself in the mirror and forgot to deliver drinks. I did not have breakfast as it didn’t start until 6am and I had to be in the airtpot by that time and there was no means to have a carry out breakfast.

Only a few steps away from the terminal which is why we choose the hotel. Staff were really helpful and the price was very reasonable.

The room was cold but the bathroom was like walking into a refrigerator. There were litlle complimentary snacks or tea. It was a horrible room I paid £75 for this! Next night plane was cancelled and Loganair put us up here. Totally different room. But staff seemed to imply I was lying when Isaid previous night was freezing. Luckily housekeeping brough me a thick roo and brought a heater so i could have a shower. She informed the staff I was not lying.

Fire alarm went off 4.50 all outside in. Freezing temperatures,no one from the hotel came to say what was going on.After firefighters came checked it out all seemed mto be ok still no signs of hotel staff.so back inside to no lifts for over half an hour,we were offered a free hot drink .we asked staff what was going on to be told think someone had been smoking in there room.

The location is super convenient and the rates were affordable, the staff were so friendly and helpful too. The restaurant was decent and definitely much better than I’m used to from Holiday Inns. We had some minor issues with our suite, mainly to do with noisy inconsiderate floor mates, being next to the stairwell was very noisy (ask for a room not adjacent to the stairs), the bath drained very slowly and seemed a bit clogged, the shower temperature was tepid on the hottest setting and the dishes in my room needed cleaning. Otherwise I was happy for the stay and will probably stay again the next time I fly out of GLA.

Ideal location for an early morning flight as straight across from the airport. Continental breakfast from 5am so managed a quick bite. Room was comfortable and a good hot shower.
