For future stays, Haymarket Train station is around 5 minutes walk away from Citylivein. This might be easier for your next journey. A walk from Waverley station does take a little longer. I do apologise on behalf of the staff working here that you were not treated with utmost care and that you did not get to experience the feeling of safety that we provide. We stress that the card issue was a one-time mistake and the situation will be dealt with in the appropriate manner in the future. We do provide fans at reception upon request which is subject to availability. We also have a daily house cleaning service which thoroughly cleans the accommodations and areas throughout the building. The stain will have been cleaned before the next day started.
