"First and foremost let me begin by saying the host was very prompt and courteous. Check in is 3pm and yet they allowed us to check in at 8am after traveling for 8hrs on the road. That alone was A. Property was clean and quiet. Host checked in on us halfway thru our trip. At the end of our stay we were thanked for the stay and presented with a gift card. For this being my first time using VRBO it was a fantastic experience. You wont be disappointed with your stay here."

He then stated he had no reservations he had to check with co host and would call me back! He never called back next thing I know I received notification for cancel and then refund!!!! "Our stay was really good, the home is cozy and great size for a family of 5 in a great location. Outdoor area is a great space and the TV was a great adding for our little ones. The pool was clean and a very good size. The host was very easy to communicate with and would respond quickly when we had questions. We even left our chain behind and he returned it to us without any hassles."
