Restyled villa near the river Moselle

This restyled holiday home is located at Ferienresort Cochem. The interior is modern and complete. You have three bedrooms, every one with two single beds (that may or may not be set up for two people). On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom with a bath. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. On the first floor you will also find the second bathroom with a shower. A garden with terrace, garden furniture and two sun beds makes it complete. There is parking for one car near the holiday home.
You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. Everything was fine...

Die Reise kam gar nicht zustande… Ärgerlich ist nur, dass ich das auf eigene Faust am Anreisetag erst erfahren habe. Vorher hat sich keiner mal bemüht uns mitzuteilen, dass gar kein Haus zur Verfügung steht. Glück hatte ich nur, weil ich vor Abfahrt noch eine Kleinigkeit klären wollte - und da habe ich erst die Info erhalten. Nie wieder!

Ferienwohnung sind ok , könnten etwas sauberer sein und Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten auch im Preis enthalten sein , ist recht teuer.

Das Haus war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut. Im Badezimmer fehlte die Badewannenstange, so dass man zum Duschen den Duschkopf in der Hand halten musste. Außerdem empfanden wir, dass die Häuser etwas eng beieinander lagen. Die Tür zur Terrasse ließ sich nach dem Öffnen nur sehr schwer wieder schließen. Um auf die Terrasse zu gelangen, gingen wir durch die Vordertür. Nicht wirklich ideal. Außerdem hat das Bett enorm gequietscht.

Gepflegtes Haus, gute Betten, überhaupt kein Stauraum

Leider wurde der Park renoviert so das wir nicht Billard spielen und kegeln konnten aber sonst stimmte alles. Die Villa war sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles was man braucht war verhanden. Es wäre schön wenn in den Schlafzimmern ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle vorhanden wäre. Es ist aber ein großer Esstisch im Essbereich vorhanden. Ich wurde während unseren Aufenthaltes 60 Jahre alt. Ich bekam als "kleines" Geschenk eine Flasche Wein und eine sehr freundliche und liebevoll verfasste Geburtstagskarte.

Et veldig praktisk og komfortabelt opphold, Huset var rent og hadde gode fasiliteter, Å være nær spisesteder som Weingut Daniel Bach var et pluss, Ingenting å klage på!

Das Haus war nicht komplett renoviert, aber neu eingerichtet. Für uns hat die Ausstattung und Einrichtung gut gepasst. Auch das Angebot vor Ort war gut. Leider war der indoorspielplatz bereits wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Ins Schwimmbad kann man immer nur 90 Minuten. Wir hqben es dann gar nicht genutzt. Schöne ausflugsmöglichneiten in der Nähe

Vi hade en fantastisk tid på villan! Poolen var uppfriskande efter en dag av sightseeing, Läge är fint och lugnt, men också nära Cochem Castle och andra sevärdheter, Vi älskade att koppla av på terrassen med ett glas vin, Den enda nackdelen var den begränsade parkeringen, men det var inte ett stort problem för oss

Die Hütten waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Park war komplett ausgestattet für Jung und Alt. Die Lage oben auf dem Berg ist nicht nur super schön für die Aussicht, sondern auch praktisch, da man in 2 Richtungen nach Cochem und Ediger hinunterfahren kann. Absolut empfehlenswert für Jung und Alt

Laut Website gab es eine Snackbar, die sich als nicht vorhanden herausstellte. .. Wir waren etwa 3,5 km entfernt von den Mitarbeitern zu einem lokalen shawarma Bauer gesandt Wir hatten auch ein Gourmet - Deluxe in der Hütte bei der Buchung gebucht der Gastronomie zu gehen, es stellte sich heraus , dass wir es aus 17 dort abgeholt haben sollte: 00. Dies wurde nie mit uns geteilt und auch nicht bekannt. Am Ende sie es ordentlich gelöst. die Weitere schöne Häuser und eine schöne Umgebung , so dass wir den Urlaub genossen.
