Storm door opens only half please do not open more than half for lock and unlock. Any damage to the property and appliances will be taken into consideration for fine within the reasonable charges. Dispose all your trash from the house at the end of your stay including bathroom trash in the bigger trash cans placed at the back of the house and put it on the drive way every Sunday evening (trash) and Wednesday evening (recycle) for the next day pick up. Note: please take the trash cans at the back yard if the trash is taken, for more space of parking. General Rules No pets. No smoking/vaping in the house. No parties or events. No additional guests without prior approval. No illegal substances on the property. No adult content to be downloaded, purchased, or viewed using the property’s Wi-Fi or TV.
