Your family will feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, water-view deck, and open concept living and dining area. The central location puts you within walking distance of Red’s Eats, a famed seafood eatery serving the best lobster roll in Maine. Take the short drive to Fort Edgecomb State Park and enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. Inside this newly constructed condo, sunshine pours through a set of French doors and brightens every corner of the open layout. Prepare home-cooked meals in a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dine together at a table for four. The living area invites up to five guests to sink into the sofa and chaise lounge to watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. Spend quiet evenings sipping wine on a shared deck with seating for two, and look out at the Sheepscot River below. Get a good night’s sleep in a queen-size bedroom with handsome wood furnishings and a 32” wall-mounted flatscreen TV. An adjoining guest bathroom is configured with a shower. Situated within the Sheepscot Harbour Resort in Edgecomb, your condo is within walking distance (15 minutes) to Red’s Eats, a famed seafood joint serving up the best lobster roll in Maine. Or drive 10 minutes to Fort Edgecomb State Park and enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. The central location near Route 1 means neighboring towns are easily accessible. The location was perfect for exploring the coastal towns and the view out back was great. The place was very clean and well furnished. However, the pillows were flat as pancakes and we had to go buy new ones for our stay. The coffee maker did not work and we also had issues with the wifi and the streaming roku constantly kicking us out.
