An easy 10 minute walk from New Street and close to the Jewellery Quarter. Shame all the museums were closed while we were there. Great room facilities and very good customer service. Luggage storage available which was handy on the day we checked out.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. Plenty of space in the room and fully equipped with top-of-the-range equipment. TWO TVs, microwave, cooker, etc Shower was superb - hot and powerful. Normally I max temperature on a shower but I still had some way to go on this one! Small but excellently set out gym with a very well maintained (or perhaps newish) CONCEPT 2 rower (for those in the know, this is the absolute best available)! Parking was expensive at £17.50 for "24 hours" alrthough in reality this only meant until checkout but they were flexible on this AND even with this charge the room was amazing value for a city centre hotel of such quality and the car park did feel very safe and secure. EVERY member (without exception) of staff from receptionists to cleaners were friendly and extremely helpful. TBH hard to fault this hotel on anything.
