"This motel is an old style motel where you back your vehicle right up to the room. The whole place has recently been nicely remodeled. We had a 2 queen bed room that was very spacious and very clean. We were well pleased with our stay."

"The house was absolutely beautiful! We was a family of 10 and there was more than enough room for everyone and not feel crowded. Backyard leads directly to the lake, nice for swimming, kayaking and fishing. There is a good size yard to play games and hang out. Good flat spots for cornhole, badminton, etc... They have cornhole boards and multiple games supplied there for the family to keep entertained at nights. There is a dollar general and a convenient store 20 mins away for things forgotten. Would've definitely loved to stay a couple more days! Again the house was absolutely beautiful and seemed well kept!Side note: alot of wildlife, raccoons will get into the trash bins by the road and make an absolute mess, so we kept rocks on the lids while we were there ( after we learned our the lesson the first night lol)"

"eleven of us. plenty of room. had 2 wonderful game rooms. had rain one day and no one cared!!kitchen adequate cooking and eating supplies.lots of seating areas so could have little groups and chats.would rent again."

"Absolutely wonderful! Communication with the host was easy and timely. Answered all of my questions and was very accommodating to requests. Answered immediately when we were there regarding trash and so on. Beautiful property! Saw deer grazing on the lawn. Private dock was terrific for fishing and swimming. Loved the huge back deck especially with the covered area when it drizzled some. Just was a really great experience! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will be staying there again in the future."

"Highly recommend for a trip to Lake Barkley. House was excellent and had everything we needed - plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Location to Moon River Marina was great and easy to rent a pontoon and dock it at the house. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Would definitely come back and stay here again."
