The breakfast was not great for the price. We were in the 4th floor with a huge luggage and the elevator goes up to the 3rd. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs… the location is amazing thou. Worth it to put up with those small details tbh.
Another weird thing to flag is that there’s a window from the bed to the toilet. Not great

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
