"We stayed here twice with a trip to Salzburg in between. The metro is just outside the front door and Schönbrunn Palace is a 20-minute away. "Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything. Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. I didn’t know how important this was until I got to Florence and the hotel had no umbrellas for guests and had to buy one. "
