### Bright studio for 6 people near slopes and shops

Bright studio ideally located near the ski slopes and shops.  
This 30m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator.  
The living room has a sofa bed for two people opening onto a west-facing balcony, with a view of the village entrance and the Col d'Aubisque.  
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, and toaster.  
In the entrance hall, you will find a closed alcove with four bunk beds (90x190) and a bathroom with a separate toilet.  
Ski locker.  
  
Work is taking place in the residence from July 28th to August 8th, which may cause noise disturbance from 9:00 \[hidden\] to 5:30 \[hidden\]  
Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking work). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.  
  
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person 18 years and older.  
Pet fee: €40  
Optional services at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.  
Deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

With family or friends, enjoy the 40 slopes suitable for all levels with a vertical drop of over 1,100 meters! In summer, come discover mountain activities: canyoning, climbing, treetop adventures, as well as numerous hikes and walks!  
  
Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- 140cm wide bed linen: €27.  
\- 90cm wide bed linen: €22.  
\- Pet fee: €40.  
\- Towel set: €18.  
\- End-of-stay cleaning fee for the Studio: €80.  
\- Baby crib rental: €20.
