Good reasonably priced stay in Lourdes
Surprisingly good stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom needed a bit of work but overall was good. The location (despite the graveyard!) was excellent for visiting Lourdes. If coming directly from the sanctuary, there are some steep steps and a slope to the property but it took minutes to get back to the hotel. We also walked to the bus stop (5mins) to catch the bus to Pic du Jer and it’s around 10-15mins walk from the station. A very good reasonably priced stay in Lourdes.

Very good value. Staff were amazing! The lift helped a lot shorten the walk to the Sanctuary. Room was clean. Breakfast was sgood

From the moment myself, partner and good friend arrived at the hotel (rooms 309/312 13th/17th june) we were made very welcome. A special mention would be to Tiago(prob spelt wrong) who wirked the late shift, great grasp of the english language and very friendly and helpfull through out our stay. If we were to have any critisism . It would only be that the hotel website states that an iron and ironing board is available on request.....however they could only provide an iron, so had to iron on a towel on the floor.

My experience at the hotel was good but lots of walking to find the hotel.Our room had a lovely view with beautiful mountains when you wake up it was superb.I did enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good but internet Wi-Fi not covering into the room otherwise amazing I mentioned that on receptionist I hope they will update Wi-Fi into all the rooms in future. Thank you for great service.

Great and quiet hotel with spacious and confortable room. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to the sanctuary and 20 to the train station made this a great package at good value.

We were in France for 14 days and stayed in5 different properties. My evaluation in based on what we experienced in other properties in France.what did we like: Location, ease of acces to the Lourdes Shrine. Breakfast and supper. Excellent front desk staff The view from our room was excellent. Room was very comfortable and the property was very clean.we were able to get laundry washed.The price and quality of the supper meal was surprisingly excellent. We stayed for 5 days and were sad to leave. However this is a Frence hotel it is not North America and it does not have the amenities one expects in a hotel in north America. Take a taxi from the train station 10€ . To get to the Shrine find the lift a few 100 yards from the hotel to save the clime up and down to lower town. Enjoy

Average stay fun at breakfast
Great friendly greeting on arrival and easy checkin parking 9 euros per night so parked in road. The room was small enough to feel claustrophobic and I had to walk sideways to fit between my side of the bed and the wall, the handle was broken on the shower door, the room was really clean however As was the bathroom, Breakfast food was good but never enough plates or bowls available when my wife asked for a bowl for cereal she was given a saucer was she supposed to use it like a cat? I don't think the hotel had enough bowls or cutlery for the amount of guests. It was OK for 2 nights but could not have stayed longer

Very Good, Except during checkout, the taxi service we ordered night before was so late for 15 minutes and need to request again the service desk to call, so we won't missed our train ride back to Paris.

For the price it was okay, generally clean and well kept but there was some mould in the shower and a smell in the bathroom. Walls are not very thick so you can here everything going on in the other rooms. Staff were helpful and location was good just out of the main centre of activities.

Due to a lack of proper communication regarding the type of room we wanted (we were given a double when we requested a twin on our Expedia booking) we were moved to a triple room with a lovely view. The room was rather small but clean and comfortable even though the toilet door did not close properly. The hotel is up a fairly steep hill, but there is a lift ( which was out of order one day). The staff were very pleasant but not well informed about the bus service to the airport. Overall a very pleasant stay in a quiet hotel.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais pas mal bruyant !
2 nuits passée trop bruyante à cause des gens qui claquaient les portes tout le temps, du coup ce séjour n'était pas du tout reposant. Sinon personnel gentil et de bons conseil. L'emplacement est bien situé.

The photo used to portray the rooms is deceiving. The rooms are spartan. If this is what you like, then go ahead and stay here. . We reserved for castle view rooms, one was a cemetery view. They moved us to another room. The ceiling above the shower had molds. It looks like the repainted over older tiles and that is nice. The staff should review the reservations more thoroughly. The staff are very polite and friendly. The bathrooms have no heating element so when it is 13 degrees Celsius outside - it is cold.

The hotel was clean; the staff tried hard to fulfill our needs; the walk from the Lourdes sanctuary was a bit steep, and the proximity to a cemetery was close (if you are easily scared). We were pleased with our 4 night stay!
