We had brought a bottle of wine and forgot the corkscrew. When I asked at reception if they had one, I was told they wouldn’t lend us one and that we’d have to bring our bottle down for uncorking. Seriously? We walked yo the dollar’s store nearby and bought one instead. Then we also found one in the drawer in the room, which my husband hadn’t noticed there before. So, frontline service was not the best (also didn’t get great info for restaurants nearby). Friendly and professional, just not informed enough to inform us. Absolutely gorgeous location and our room had an amazing view of the water and mountains that was just wonderful. Made up for all that.
