I am unsure why you didn't come and ask at reception too show you how to turn the aircon on as the Aircon is on perfect working order. Perhaps you are unaware that the aircon was on the dry setting. As far as the towels goes we put towels in the bathroom cupboard to cater for larger bookings so I am sorry you didn't manage to find them either. Communication is important and we would have been very happy to help you with these issues. Parking here is at a premium so only one carpark per unit.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. We have 5 upstairs studios that do not have kitchens. All the other units have full kitchens for washing dishes. I hope you will try us again with a kitchen unit.
