too many people smoking right by their doors meaning the smoke gets to other rooms right beside or along the building and not shooed away. Astrays put by the doors. There wasn't a smoking area away from the building. No non-smoking signs in rooms or by door ways. One of our rooms had been smoked in and in order to get rid of the smell, the room smelled so strongly of bleach/cleaner it caused a headache. If you are a non-smoker, stay away from this until they make some drastic changes for the majority of the population.

The person (lady) was super good and very helpful. Best thing was she was bilingual and spoke English most importantly. She helped us with early arrival and also the other staff were friendly and supportive

The shower head is filthy, it needs to be treated with bleach to get the scum off of it. Otherwise it was very clean in my opinion. Kevin Elie.

Good wifi connection for kids, the sink was clogged with vomit (which came up after using sink) had to use shower water to brush teeth etc. Bar fridge was broken, advised front desk, was told they would make a note. Price was affordable, location was good based on a stopping point returning from east coast. Would not return, but it was a place to sleep for a night.

Good motel minutes from Sherbrooke
Good stay. Our couple had one night in the motel on the car trip from USA to Toronto. We had favourable first expression and had a good rest. There were enough space for two of us and furniture. Only thing that obviously need replacement - old silicon sealing along the bath. Small not coslty work would do notable improvement

It was as good as a motel can be. However, it did not have WIFI. They had issues with it and couldn't tell us while checking in. The man at the front desk just gave us the WIFI code as if it was working. It took us getting into our room and trying to connect to the WIFI to find out it was not working. We went to the man again and he said there was a problem and they were waiting for the Internet provider to fix it and that we could come to use the WIFI in the reception/restaurant area.

Located on the main between the quiet and busy side of town, it was the perfect middle ground for exploring Sherbrooke.

Second stay here. I lovingly refer to it as Grandmas house. It’s a little old but comfy and they are nice and treat you like family.

Shower made a lot of noise when used. Getting to the room from our car was slippery; the snow was not removed. For someone walking with a cane it was quite dangerous. The towels were ragged and somewhat ripped.

Points Négatifs: La chambre a besoin d'être rafraichie car la décoration date des années 70 et ça sentait tellement le parfum que ça donnait mal à tête, on dirait que c'était pour cacher l'odeur du vieux. Ä côté du meuble où la télévision est située il y avait beaucoup de poussière, des fils d'araignées au plafond au-dessus du lit. L'intérieur des abat-jours de chaque côté du lit étaient sales. L'écran de télévision trop petite, il y avait un encadrement noir autour de l'image donc l'image était petite. Il y avait quelques postes de télévision, ils pourraient en avoir plus ce qui serait normal. Le tapis d'entrée si on peut appeler ça un tapis, devrait être changer pour plus grand afin d'éviter de mettre de la neige et/ou l'eau de bottes sur le plancher flottant. Le débit d'eau dans la douche presque inexistante, peu de pression. Il aurait dû avoir d'autres oreillers car celle dans le lit n'était pas assez épaisse. Points positifs: Lit très confortable Assez de serviettes. Le jacuzzi, toilette, douche, plancher, meubles propres. Le personnel à l'accueil très souriant, accueillante, serviable, note A . Le WIFI entrait bien. La grandeur de la chambre était assez grande avec un lit Queen. Dans l'ensemble. Je recommande cet hôtel pour passer une nuit mais sans plus dans une chambre normale Le prix pour une chambre junior démodée avec jacuzzi à 160$ c'est un peu cher surtout en basse saison mais bon nous avons opté pour cet endroit car il était proche de mon rendez-vous.

The worst night at a motel. Drunken men were shouting and laughing all night next door. The staff tried to calm them down, they didn’t care. There is mold in the bathroom. Would not recommend

Very humid Was a spacious convenient room but everything in it was really old and its not how it is advertised Clerk at check out didnt even say as much as good morning or answer anything I said I travel for work and have tried many hotel but I will unfortunately never go there again

While the motel is older, you could see that the room has undergone recent upgrades. The rooms were super clean , which at the end of the day matters more than wall paper! Our 15yo daughter absolutely loved the retro make-up table :)

The he older man in the morning, perhaps the owner was awesome. Such a sweetheart, there was some action goin on in the morning with a guest we asked what was going on because we do not speak French so he filled us in and it was very appreciative! Just a great classic motel to spend a night in while passing by!
