Always consistent in quality of service, room cleanliness, available parking close to entrance. Comfortable bed and good coffee maker in room. I like the fact that hotel policy is posted in several key places around the property. Keeps people respectful of others.

I really enjoyed this hotel in Sherbrooke. The staff was extremely friendly! The location is very convenient, a lot of parking (free), my room was clean, wifi, delicious free breakfast (waffle, bread, bagel, muffin, cheese, yogurt, coffee, cereal, juices and fruits) The only problem I saw was that on Monday April 8, 2024 it was the total solar eclipse day and Sherbrooke was on the totality path, the hotel was extremely busy so the nice young lady on the breakfast area was working by herself, SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB, I'm not complaining about her, but if I was a manager on that location, knowing that the hotel was going to be extra busy on that Monday I would have had an extra staff helping on the breakfast area that morning and also extended the breakfast hours on that unique Monday. Merci beaucoup!!!!

Got pretty bored of the free breakfast. Not great but acceptable Coffee in room was good Carpet in rooms could be updated but we were comfortable. The bed was comfortable , it was quiet We enjoyed our stay
