Dear Guest, having two 4-star hotels in Fiano Romano, one 300 meters from the other, we proposed moving to our Eurohotel in a beautiful recently renovated Deluxe room with brand new bathrooms. We are sorry you did not appreciate the move, certainly it is difficult to meet the tastes of all guests, but we cannot accept it being said that our hotel is dirty or not comfortable. We scrupulously care about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests who will find the same cleaning standards. As it was a prepaid booking on Expedia, we could not give it a token discount, which we certainly would have gladly done.
