Amazing breakfast and incredible staff! The pool was lovely and the poolside bar was also very nice. I would highly recommend! Most of my friends stayed at another hotel in the city and wished they would have stayed here instead!

The overall experience was very average. The worst part was the very uncomfortable hard mattress. Unable to sleep. This hotel needs the bathrooms renovated. Not 5 star at all.

Hello from Z Team We are sad to read that you feel dissatisfied by our services even though we did everything we could to please you, including bringing you extra towels when requested, making sure to put special upper mattress by COCO MAT in your room as well as upgrading you to a superior non smoking room without any additional cost and all that despite the limited availability due to the hotel being fully booked. We do believe that our staff did its best in responding to every demand they received as long as it was humanly possible. Kindly note that our hotel makes sure to provide its clients with the best available COCO -MAT mattresses which are renowned for. Also there are several national and private institutions that have verified our classification as a 5 star hotel after thorough inspection of our premises which included the bathrooms and the mattresses. We hope that in the future you will find a hotel that will be closer to your expectations.

ONE GOOD HOTEL
Great hotel and fantastic pool bar in a very good place near the city center. The staff very helpful and kind! The best thing in this hotel is how clean it is in all areas! Usually you don't see that in other hotels.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, συμπαθητικό πρωινό. Το δωμάτιο αν κ ευρύχωρο χρειάζεται επειγόντως ανακαίνιση. Ειδικά το μπάνιο ήταν απογοήτευση, με σκουριές στο μεταλλικό καλαθάκι κ στο πιγκάλ, μαύρους αρμούς στα πλακάκια κ ψιλά μυρμηγκάκια να βγαίνουν από το πατοσίφωνο. Συνεπώς όσο κ αν αυτό καθαρίζεται φαίνεται πάντα βρώμικο. Δυστυχώς απέχει μακράν από ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.

Οι κριτικές των πελατών μας βοηθούν στο να γινόμαστε ολοένα και καλύτεροι. Θεωρούμε την συγκεκριμένη άτυχη περίπτωση μεμονομένη διότι τα δωμάτια μας επιθεωρούνται καθημερινά από το αρμόδιο προσωπικό. Θα ήμασταν κάτι παραπάνω από πρόθυμοι στο να προχωρήσουμε σε αλλαγή δωματίου αν μας ενημερώνατε. Σε ενδεχόμενη επόμενη επίσκεψη σας, σας προτρέπουμε να ξεκουραστείτε στα Deluxe δωμάτια μας όπου είναι εξοπλισμένα με πλήρη ανακαινισμένα μπάνια και στρώματα-κρεβάτια Cocomat.

Air condition was not working in the middle of summer!!! This is not a 5-star hotel!!! Very far from 5-star!!! Crappy neighborhood, far from the center of town and with a view of garbage from the room.

Let us explain some things though; When a client of ours faces some incoveniences with the coolness of a room we are trying to fix a problem that has been occurred with a technical repair or with a room change. So, if you had faced some problems with it, you should have refer it to us. As for he location we are just 7minutes by foot from the center of the city.Thanks for taking the time to evaluate us.

Στα υπέρ του το μεγάλο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο και η εύκολη πρόσβαση. Όμως χρειάζεται επειγόντως ανακαίνιση (μοκέτα, μπάνιο, κρεβάτι) προκειμένου να δικαιολογήσει την τιμή του και την κατηγορία του. Επίσης χρήζει βελτίωσης και η ποιότητα του πρωινού (π.χ. ψωμί προηγούμενης ημέρας).

Λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν τις παρατηρήσεις σας, σας ενημερώνουμε πως το ξενοδοχείο μας προχώρησε σε ένα project ανακαινίσεων το 2018, ανακαινίζοντας το 60% των δωματίων, του πρωινού και του lobby. Όσον αφορά την ποιότητα του πρωινού, έχουμε την τιμή να είμαστε βραβευμένοι με τον τίτλο Greek Breakfast, καθώς χρησιμοποιούμε αγνές πρώτες ύλες, προερχόμενες από ντόπιους παραγωγούς. Σας περιμένουμε εκ νέου έτσι ώστε να αλλάξουμε την γνώμη σας προς το καλύτερο.

I did like the personell, they were very friendly. The bathroom can be better. For instance replace showerhead, so bathroom does not turn into swimmingpool. Bathroom needs some update overall. But overall my stay was very pleasant.

This hotel like 3 stars hotel, it’s old needs to renovation. Room covered with old carpets its unhealty. Room doesn’t have hot drinks and kettle. Tv only has Greek channels and Bbc wifi was good housekeeping was good. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have enough foods like 5 stars. Inside car park with 7 euros. This hotel doesn’t deserve this prices but unfortunatelly it’s the only one hotel with 5 stars???!!

Clean rooms, outside of the city center
This hotel is okay, if you are staying in the city. It is outside of the city center, there are no restaurants. I just found the bar too expensive for such a hotel in Greece
