The marina is just a short stroll away, where you can sip a coffee or grab an ice-cream from one of the waterside cafes while you watch the boats come and go. This beautifully presented cottage sleeps up to four over two double bedrooms - the master with an ensuite shower room and a fabulous walk in wardrobe. A great option for romantic breaks. Stylishly decorated throughout, Hummingbird Cottage oozes warmth - a real 'home from home'. The ground floor includes a kitchen diner, complete with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It is well stocked with utensils and equipment - as well as the usual kettle and toaster, there's a Nespresso coffee machine (compatible pods available at the nearby Asda). To the rear of the property is the tranquil lounge area, with a sumptuous sofa and armchair, smart TV and a range of books and board games to enjoy. French doors open from this room out to your private patio garden - with a bistro table set for morning coffee or lunch when the sun is shining. This ground floor level also houses a handy WC, plus a utility cupboard complete with useful household gadgets (vacuum, clothes drying rack etc). The first floor of this charming cottage has two bedrooms - both with double beds and storage chests. The master also boasts a walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. This level also has another separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over. All bed linen and regular towels are provided - just pack your beach towels. There are lovely soft new carpets throughout, so please do pack your slippers and remember to remove outdoor shoes on entry please. With WiFi provided plus off road parking, this is a stylish and convenient holiday hideaway for couples or friends sharing. Sovereign Harbour has a retail park with a giant Asda, TK Maxx, Boots, Matalan, Next, McDonald's and Costa Coffee, plus various other shops.
