"For a large hotel in a very busy a populus area, The service in all areas was great. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel had a sufficient amount of elevators so you did not have a long waiting time to get to your room. The rooms were spacious for New York and were cleaned every day. We enjoyed having a bar in the hotel. Check out was also quick and efficient."

If you are a person who only needs bare minimum (bed, bathroom, shelf) then it is perfect if you need more like a fridge, more closet space, or anywhere to put your things if there’s more than one person than it might not be the perfect fit. The bed was super comfy, hot water available, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location as well seeing time square as soon as you walk out the building is definitely a perk you can’t get at other places. "
