Wonderful stay
Fantastic place to stay. Room was spacious and comfortable and a wonderful breakfast too. Quiet at night even though it’s situated right in the thick of things.

Old Town Love
The Old Town Guess House is a Fabulous place to stay. As the name suggests its in Hastings Old Town. We had a sea view ensuite room on the top floor which was absolutely lovely. Tracey the owner is a true star and cooks up a fantastic English breakfast with home mage rosti which is to die for... Will stay again and highly recommend. Not for those that cant do stairs though!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Old Town Guest House. Tracey the owner was very friendly, helpful and fun. I loved my room it was comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room was pleasant to eat in. The guesthouse was in the best location close to all the action which I loved I will definitely stay there again it was excellent.

Lovely
Tracey is a lovely host very friendly and readily available if needed. Our room was small but comfy, with a fan. Everything was clean and homely. Breakfast was lovely . Had a fantastic view of cable car from our bathroom. Would defiantly stay again but the stairs were too challenging. But would highly recommend.

Brilliant B&B in The Old Town
Very impressed with pre-arrival information supplied by Owner/Host, Tracey. We stayed in Room 7, which has amazing views of the Beach & Funfair. Note, approx 56 steps up to the 3rd floor, so not suitable if you have mobile issues. As it isn't directly on the busy main road, traffic noise was minimal. Situated on the corner of George Street and Old Town, ideal for restaurants and pubs. Breakfasts were brilliant and Tracey made us feel very welcome. The pay per stay carparks (£9 for 24hrs) are about 7 minutes walk away, but get there early to ensure of a space. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area, recommended.

Tracey is tops!
The weather could have been kinder, but we know Hastings well and good places to go for shelter when needed. We stayed at 'The Old Town Guest House; and apart from the stair climbing, you would find it hard to beat. 'Tracey' could not have been more helpful and the served breakfast was delicious. Our room was spotless with an en suite bathroom and shower. Thank you Tracey for making our little break, so nice.

Charming guest house in ideal location
This is an excellent place to stay in Hastings. It is very handy for the historic old town and the sea front. The breakfast choice is varied and impressive ranging from the full English to porridge to locally fished kippers. The host certainly makes everyone feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and well presented. The hotel is also very clean.

Enjoyable Stay!
Great B&B, really comfortable and cosy. Well situated in the old town part of Hastings so near all the restaurants, cafes and bars. Tracey, the owner of the B&B, couldn't be more helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was included also, which was nicely cooked with plenty of choice. Definitely would stay here again and thoroughly recommend.

One not to be missed!
The owner gave us a very warm welcome, even though we arrived late and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Room impeccable, and beds were made during while we were out during the day, which was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very tasty - the full English and full veggie breakfasts both come heartily recommended! Excellent location in the heart of Old Town, right next to High Street and George Street as well a 30 second walk away from the seafront. You won't regret staying here - we will be back!

Amazing Guest House!
The location is near the seaside and in the midst of the old historic downtown. Fish & Chips restaurants are nearby as well as coffee shops. Great overall location. The Guest House was extremely clean and quiet at night. Wi-fi service was good and the breakfast was large and delicious. Would highly recommend it.

Hotel & room where in good order. Service was excellent as were amenities. Breakfast was 1st class. Only 7 min walk to the station and located within the Old Town which was located adjacent to bars / restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend.

5 star guesthouse in Old Town
We were a little taken aback with exterior appearance when we first arrived, but the inside is definitely a lot better. We had the ensuite double bedroom at the top floor with sea view, and the room is very spacious & comfortable. There was also a small children bed as a spare. Being on the top floor, the ceiling height was a little low, so anyone over 6 feet may find it too low but we find it rather cosy. The room furnishing were quite new with a large bath with shower partitioned off from the main bedroom (no door) but its very private. Initially we had the window open & the noise from the fair ground opposite was a little too loud, but when you close the window, the double glazing cut out all external noise & we had very peaceful night sleeps. Although be prepared for 5am dawn chorus of seagulls when the fishing boats return with the catch; but this is the charm of staying near the seafront next to working fishing harbour. The location could not be any more central. Its in the centre of the Old Town and George Street & High Street are both near by and have many pubs & restaurant to choose from. You are spoil for choice when it comes to thing to do. Jerwood Gallery is right opposite & there's two large public car parking to choose from for your car. Tracey & her helpers are all very friendly can not be more helpful. You can easily leave your bags with them when you arrive early. The breakfast was amazing, and with many to choose from. Will love to come back again soon.

Warm welcome, nice breakfast, big noise along the street on Sunday but shutting double windows largely reduced it. Monday night was much more quiet,slept two nights well. Beware the pull switch of the shower hanging hind side of the bathroom door.

Sweet, quirky little B&B with a wonderful host
I had a one night stay for business. This is a quirky little place right in the lovely old town and run by the wonderful Tracy who is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast served with a smile - including amazing veggie sausages. I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly accommodating guest house have stayed before and will do so again. Tracey can accommodate vegan/vegetarian diets Just as a small note - the stairs are a little 'challenging' up to the top of the house - but only for someone with mobility issues. Would recommend this place unreservedly.

Fab Room With A View...and Great Hospitality
We had a wonderful two-night stay here midweek. The property although old is full of character and we had a sea view from our top floor room. The hostess, Tracey, was friendly and helpful, keeping just the right profile, and had thought of every need for guests. Really lovely breakfast, from a great selection on offer. Comfortable bed with beautifully clean and fresh bedding! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hastings, and would recommend without hesitation.

Stayed here for a short break. Good location in the Old Town. We had room no 7, at the top of the building, with great views of the beach. Particularly appreciated the warm and friendly welcome from Tracey, the B&B manager, made it a memorable stay.

Sad to say that the room was far to small for us, the bed to small and we felt very cramped. Breakfast was lovely but found that if we didn’t check the blackboard to see if our order was still on it, breakfast was not registered as us wanting one, we had the same breakfast everyday but it was rubbed off on the last day and the owner didn’t realise we wanted it even though it was not wiped off by us.

Hidden gem!
Stayed at this lovely house for 2 nights. The house had a lovely homely feel to it. The bedding and towels were lovely! White, fluffy, clean and smelt beautiful! We could control the heating in our room which was great. The landlady Tracey is a lovely friendly lady who can’t do enough for you. She clearly works exceptionally hard to make this B and B as nice as it is. The breakfast was well cooked and set us up for the day. We will certainly visit this B and B again and would recommend to others. It was great value for money! And felt like home!

Nice guesthouse in the heart of the Old Town
This rather higgledy-piggledy guesthouse in the heart of the old town and close to the seafront was ideal for our stay. However, the stairs were very steep and you would need to be fit to cope with them. The room was clean and comfortable but there was no door on the ensuite bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was very good, well presented and tasty with a good range of choices available.

It's a lovely b+b, room is lovely bathroom lovely very clean and tidy and the lady that runs it Tracey is very nice she knows how to run the place she gives a personal touch she makes you feel very welcome, breakfast was very nice and tracey speaks to by name and gives you your breakfast with a smile. I will definitely stay there again , thanks Tracey for a very pleasant stay.
