"Perfect place to stay for seeing Brighton "
Perfectly situated, quiet spot within walking distance of city centre. Hotel clean, comfortable and lovely modern decor. Fab shower! Lovely living/dining area for guests' use with great selection of teas/coffees (complimentary) and well stocked honesty bar. Would recommend and would like to stay here again.

"A quiet hotel not far from the beach."
I walked to Beachy Head from the hotel and enjoyed the views while having a meal at the restaurant there. It is a long walk but very rewarding for the sea views. On another day I took a bus trip to Brighton to shop and visit the Royal Pavilion, from the top of a bus you can see much of the Downs. At the end of my stay I went to two opera performances at the Congress Theatre which is within walking distance of the hotel and safe to do so at night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself while staying here and would visit again in future.

I lived in Brighton for most of my life so not a lot i can say, millions of pounds being spent on the seafront, not before time.

"Impeccable and exquisite b&b beyond expectations"
In a wonderfully rural setting, this beautifully decorated and furnished house was the perfect short stay for us after our wedding. The owners were delightfully welcoming as were their two lovely dogs Tiny and Lola. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the quirky local gastropub, The Bell. In the morning we were served an excellent breakfast, and enjoyed a very pleasant stroll around their large gardens. We stayed for one night but should have stayed for more.

"Great hotel - book it you won't regret it."
We arrived early and was met by Richard who was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Our room (4), was gorgeous, a lovely size facing the front of the property with a side view to the sea, the decor was beautifully done and as well as a hair dryer, good quality toiletries and tea and coffee facilities there was a mini fridge with bottles of water and sweets which was a great touch and much welcomed after a wine or two. At breakfast there was cereal, toast, juices and fruit and a hot menu with not only a really tasty full English but pancakes as well as salmon, scrambled eggs and so on. Simon and Richard were so helpful and friendly and made our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone (unless you can't do stairs) who is visiting Brighton. It is close to everything and the facilities are second to none.

"Lovely, quiet b and b"
Friendly welcome by the owners to their beautiful house and lovely garden where our dog was also welcomed. So quiet in the country but within short driving distance of good dog friendly pubs. Breakfasts were superb.
